Barrier Consulting is a virtual assistant agency based in Oklahoma. All of our virtual assistants are women based in the US with a career background. Our special sauce is helping our clients find the best fit for their needs. We do that through a unique placement process to help identify the best fit all around. We love working with women business owners to help them thrive!

Meet Evonner Barrier, Founder and CEO of Barrier Consulting, an agency dedicated to supporting women in growing their businesses through the help of virtual assistants.

Evonne has been working in the virtual assistant industry since 2018, and has helped many women entrepreneurs find the right virtual assistant to help them grow their business. Our team has created many successful partnerships through our values of honesty, transparency, and integrity. We believe that as business owners, we don’t have to do it all alone. We believe in community over competition; and through this, we are able to create teams of women to support each other in their lives professionally and personally.

Evonne’s prior experience includes more than 10 years in customer service, management, and business operations in multiple industries. She has a love for systems and processes, which is why she’s such a natural when it comes to connecting people and ideas to achieve their goals.
